Not So Wordless Wednesday: St. George Island #4

Here are a couple of examples of me trying to be artsy in my photo taking (I had to lay down in the sand to take the second one).  I felt though that it captured the simplicity and the untouched nature of the island.

You have no clue how badly I want to be there right now.

You've got the right idea, Sandy -- change your perspective! I'm the crazy person laying on the floor almost everywhere I go. Can get a little dirty, but is definitely a good way to get some different shots!

I love artsy picture taking. I can't tell you how much better my photography became the first time I realized that I could squat down and then take a picture from a lower angle.

It's fun to experiment like that! I love the first one because of the layers of blue with the boat and vibrant sky!
