Not So Wordless Wednesday: Chicago #2

Well, this will teach me to post pictures I took six months ago!  When we visited Chicago this summer, we toured through a couple of historic office buildings while roaming through the financial district and the Chicago Board of Trade.  During this tour, I took this picture, but I can't for the life of me remember what building it was in.  I THINK it was the Rookery Building, but I'm not sure.  So be it.  This gorgeous clock, with the light shining through behind it, was in the lobby.  It looked like stars.  If any of you know where this clock resides, please let me know!

Pretty, wherever it is.

How funny! But at least you have an excuse of six months. Right when we return from a trip, I already forget where the pictures came from! I should really keep a notebook, or get one of those cameras with GPS settings that enable you to identify the location of the pictures!

Beautiful! The sunlight coming through it made it look as though it was falling snow.

Such a beautiful clock!

I love clocks. My mother-in-law gave me a pendulum wall clock recently that she'd found at a yard sale. It ticks very loudly and the chimes are a bit off, but it's a good find just the same. I am thinking of taking it to a clock repairman to see if it can be brought to tip top shape. I don't know why I'm telling you this, other than seeing that beautiful clock, made me think of it! LOL

That is pretty. Have you tried Google's image search? It's doubtful whether it would work, but it might be worth giving it a go anyway.
