The Gdansk city center is just full of little alleyways, such as this one, where you find people going about their daily lives. You also might find a little shop, or a quaint restaurant. Down this street, we found a tiny but upscale shop selling amber jewelry. It just begs to be explored.

Not So Wordless Wednesday: Gdansk #2
The Gdansk city center is just full of little alleyways, such as this one, where you find people going about their daily lives. You also might find a little shop, or a quaint restaurant. Down this street, we found a tiny but upscale shop selling amber jewelry. It just begs to be explored.

I love little alleyways like that - we used to explore them in France.
I love the narrow streets of Europe. Nice shot.
Great perspective in that picture. In my part of the world, I see amber a lot - to encase scorpions and tarantulas...
so european...charming.
It does look like a fun place to explore!
Sandy, your pictures from this trip are amazing and so filled with ambiance. I have loved all of them, but particularly this one. Thanks for sharing it!
That is exactly why I love Europe. You always seem to stumble upon little cobblestone streets that need to be explored.
This picture just conjures up all kinds of stories, I love it!!
Oh, that is so cool. Alleyways like that just beg to be explored. How fun!
This is what I love about Europe!
